Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. If 14 days have passed since receiving the package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Refunds are processed only when the customer sends the product back to the return address provided below – i.e., Bellamie, ul. Hilarego Koprowskiego 9/1, 80-180 Gdańsk.

To make a return, attach proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, order number). If you do not have these documents, a printed proof of purchase is sufficient – e.g., an email with purchase confirmation. Also include the return form in the package – an example can be found here.

Complaints Procedure

  1. The warranty does not apply if the product has mechanical damage from external sources or is contaminated. Therefore, always check if the packaging and goods have been damaged during transport before accepting the shipment and document any potential damage to the product. In case of product damage during transport, contact the seller.
  2. The complaints procedure begins with the customer submitting a complaint by sending an email describing the problem and the reason for the complaint to: sklep@bellamie-shop.pl.
  3. The Service Department verifies the submission, notifies the customer of its acceptance, and assigns it a number. We handle each complaint individually, so the service technician will present a proposal for further proceedings in the matter.
  4. The time for processing a complaint is 14 days from the date of receiving the complained goods or receiving the report of product damage during transport.
  5. All costs related to transport in the case of return/exchange or complaint are covered by the Buyer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages or packages sent at our expense.

Returns (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will send you an email about its approval or rejection.

If approved, we will transfer the appropriate amount to your credit card or refund it in the original payment method, within the shortest legally established period. Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of purchasing the goods and occur upon receipt of the product, which the customer has sent at their own expense to the address provided below.

No Refund Received (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact the bank that issued your credit card, as payment processing may take several days.

Return Shipping

The costs of shipping the returned goods are covered by the buyer. They are not refundable. Depending on your place of residence, the time required to send the product back may vary.

If you are returning products worth more than 125.00 PLN, you should consider shipping with tracking or purchasing additional insurance.
